    Office Manager/ Front Desk Associate

    Your Role:

    As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This includes a mix of administrative tasks, basic bookkeeping, and ensuring our office is a welcoming space for everyone.

    Responsibilities:

    • Daily Operations:
    • Greet visitors and clients, offering a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our doors.
    • Handle basic bookkeeping duties and assist with financial organization using QuickBooks.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
    • Organize receipts and invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial records.
    • Monthly Duties:
    • Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining budget oversight.
    • Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure our workspace is always ready for creativity to flourish.
    • As Needed:
    • Support project teams with administrative tasks, helping to keep projects on track.
    • Contribute to a positive office culture, ensuring it's a supportive environment for our team and clients.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Someone with an interest in design and a knack for creating organized, efficient solutions.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication abilities and a friendly, professional demeanor.
    • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required.
    • A team player who's ready to learn and grow with us.
