    Position Objective

    The Project Administrator provides the critical administrative and accounting support necessary to execute a successful project.

    Essential Job Functions


    • Set up initial budget entry and project maintenance in ComputerEase and Procore
    • Issue, track, and collect subcontractor contracts and purchase agreements
    • Request proper subcontractor insurance certificates
    • Assist project team with creating and submitting owner billings
    • Invoice entry, routing, and review of approved/rejected accounts payable invoices
    • Issue payments to subcontractors; track and collect required payment documents
    • Collect and track subcontractor change orders
    • Create and maintain new vendor profiles in the accounting system, including W9 certificates
    • Research and assist subcontractor and vendor issues
    • Reconcile vendor statements
    • Collect and compile project closeout documents
    • Follow up with clients on past-due monthly draws
    • Performs other miscellaneous tasks or assignments as necessary for project success
    Basic Qualifications


    • Minimum one year of accounting experience
    • Ability to work in an open office environment
    • Proficient in navigating Gmail, Word, and Excel
    • Experience with ComputerEase and Procore software preferred
    • General knowledge and understanding of construction documents is a plus

    • Demonstrates strong initiative and is able to accomplish tasks with minimal manager supervision

    • Shows excellent communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face
    • Maintains composure and professionalism in difficult situations and effectively resolves conflicts without escalating tension
    • Embraces technology and is able to use it in ways that improve the experience of Centric associates and clients
