We are looking for a talented

Accounting Manager

to join our growing team and rapidly expanding company.

In this position, you will have primary responsibility for Cost Accounting with back-up support for other areas including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Reconciliations, external and internal audits, and special projects.

You will be a key member of our accounting team.

Responsibilities:
Be a key accounting resource for the company
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documentation, and records
Review the standard BOM costing and variances within NetSuite
Review/provide analysis of manufacturing variances
Validate revenue and cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements
Assist Controller with preparation of financial reporting and ad hoc analysis
Compile documentation on standard costs and company production costs
Collections and posting cash
Invoicing customers
Assist with month-end close and annual external audits
Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business with an emphasis in accounting
Manufacturing Environment Experience (required)
3-5 years of accounting in a plant/manufacturing environment
Experience with NetSuite
Excellent computer skills; experience with accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
