    As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Marketing team and report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. You'll create and deliver content that boosts brand awareness, drives demand, and increases engagement.

    What You'll Do

    • Own and execute end-to-end content strategy for the organization
    • Drive demand generation with the production of SEO-optimized content including lead magnets, case studies, website copy, product content, paid search ads, thought leadership, social media posts, blogs, and email copy/nurture sequences
    • Collaborate with the Revenue team, SMEs, external agencies/freelancers, and your Marketing colleagues to inform content strategy
    • Manage a content and social media calendar that aligns with organizational goals and reflects industry trends
    • Create net new content in support of Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Servicing target markets
    • Audit content, conduct A/B tests, and identify new content opportunities
    • Refresh and repromote existing content, driven by SEO and keyword optimization
    • Ensure brand and messaging consistency in all public-facing content
    • Analyze and regularly report on content performance with a focus on conversion and engagement metrics

    Who You Are

    • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company or technology startup
    • Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques
    • Proficient in SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush, etc.)A strategic thinker and detail-oriented doer who can work with minimal direction
    • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
    • Strong content writing samples or portfolio
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot, and wear many hats
    • Familiar with HubSpot, Canva, Creative Cloud, Jira, and Confluence
    • Experience in (or understanding of) the residential mortgage and lending industries is a plus but not a requirement
    • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms on behalf of a corporation or brand

    Compensation Education

    • Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual's experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
