Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Welcome all personnel and external visitors and maintain a continuous presence at the reception desk. ,+
- Maintaining workplace experience inbox communication with WE 24/7 team when applicable. ,+
+Anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas.+
+Provide first-line technology assistance and ensure audiovisual equipment is functioning and ready in advance.
+Executing support tasks such as booking conference rooms, visitor offices ordering taxis logging or handling minor repairs print mail support HVAC inquiries accessing card loans supplies etc.,+
