- Lead technical infrastructure design, application coding, and security implementation for multiple applications, systems, and services.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, agency standards, and policies.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and leadership across all phases of the SDLC.
- Consult and coordinate with internal and external partners to develop new infrastructure components for complex multi-million-dollar programs.
- Enforce application security, design and configure runtime containers, assist in CI/CD processing, and advise on SQL Server and IIS configuration and design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of practical experience in system infrastructure architecture and design.
- Extensive knowledge of SDLC deliverables, MS Visio, technical writing/documentation, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in evaluating and recommending programming languages, design tools, frameworks, and applications.
- Strong expertise in multiple programming languages (.Net, MVC, Java, etc.).
- Experience in change management and Microsoft SQL Services (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise architecture, RedHat OpenShift Containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Experience securing applications through Okta authentication and authorization.
- Design and implementation experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Practical knowledge of MS SQL SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS services.
- Proficient in system architecture and design, technical documentation, and project management.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
