    The Product Manager at Augmedics is tasked with crafting and implementing a dynamic product marketing strategy to fuel the company's commercial expansion goals.

    This individual acts as a subject matter expert on Augmedics' platform technology, xvision, and manages the product area day-to-day in line with the broader marketing agenda and in collaboration with both US and global teams.

    The Product Manager will spearhead the development of short and long-term downstream marketing plans, along with devising and deploying the necessary tools and initiatives to achieve AOT revenue targets.

    This position requires robust cross-functional collaboration and consistent engagement with Augmedics' key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and internal stakeholders.

    You'll leverage your marketing expertise to refine our go-to-market strategy, own product launches, and champion our technology to surgeons and stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Product & Market Expertise:
    Act as the go-to expert for xvision with mastery of relevant clinical, technical, product and market understanding.

    Manage the day-to-day product area in close collaboration with other functional teams including medical education, sales, finance, R&D, QA/RA, & operations.

    Go-to-Market Strategy:

    Refine Augmedics' segmentation/targeting model to identify ideal customers and build commercial momentum ahead of upcoming product launches.
    Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for key product launches, including development of product positioning, messaging, and promotional tools.


    Customer Insight & Communication:


    Collaborate with upstream marketing to provide direction on user needs and future product improvements based on customer and market insights.

    Manage product-related customer communications (e.g., complaint investigations)
    Champion the technology and engage regularly with surgeon customers through field visits, operating room observations, conferences, and Augmedics events.


    Strategic Planning:
    Support the company's long-term strategic planning, influencing decisions regarding indications, geographic expansion, and technology development.


    This individual will be a critical addition to the marketing team and must be self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, effectively communicate, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, biology, business administration or related field; MBA preferred
    Minimum five years' commercial experience in healthcare or medical device industry; prior experience working within spine is strongly preferred
    Experience in product management and product launch, including go-to-market planning
    Experience in downstream marketing, including developing compelling marketing content & tools
    Exceptional communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills
    Demonstrated collaboration skills with ability to build alignment across variety of stakeholders
    Ability to travel up to 50%


    Compensation Range:

    Base Salary Range:
    $130k - $150k
