    CSW|ST2 seeks a marketing professional to join our team.

    This position supports the development, design, and production of marketing deliverables, including, but not limited to qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and marketing documents in both digital and print format.

    We are looking for a creative individual, a storyteller with strong grammar, an eye for design, and highly collaborative.

    In this key role, you will interface with staff at every level of the firm and in multiple office locations, helping our team strategically connect our brand to our business goals.

    This position will support our Northern California offices and can be physically located in any of our offices in a hybrid setup or possibly fully remote depending upon experience.

    CSW|ST2 is a consulting firm established in 1954, organized as a California corporation, and consisting of 45 engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, and urban planners.

    Our service sectors include transportation, parks and recreation, education, infrastructure, public works, and urban infill.

    C urrently, we have offices in Novato, Berkeley, Richmond, Pleasanton, and Redwood City.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    As a marketing coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include the following.

    Coordinates the full life cycle of proposal development, including kick-off meetings; assisting with tasks of the pursuit team; writing content, formatting editing and proofing proposal documents; and assisting with final production for on-time delivery.

    Read, review, and interpret technical requirements and objectives of solicitations and outline requirements for pursuit teams.
    Work with staff continuously to develop and maintain resumes, project information sheets, and staff biographies.
    Manage the content library inclusive of project profile sheets, resumes, photography, and content.
    Conduct market research as requested, including competitor analysis, selection panel profiling, and client research.
    Other duties may be assigned.

    Secondary Responsibilities:
    As time permits, the secondary responsibility of the position includes the following.
    Assist with additional marketing efforts as required related to project pursuits, including developing interview presentations and follow-up materials.
    Assist with marketing events and campaigns, including planning, assisting in developing marketing materials, and supporting follow-up activities.
    Assist with communications activities, including identifying and developing applications for staff speaking events and awards calendar award submittals.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    Excellent writing and storytelling skills, editing, and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
    In this position, you will help craft the proposal content.
    Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, focusing on InDesign. Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, focusing on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple demands.

    Comfortable interacting with all levels and able to adapt to different communication styles both in person and in a virtual team environment.

    Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Willingness to work until the job is done, even if it requires overtime, when necessary.
    Go-getter, always willing to help.

    Salary is to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


    Salary Range:
    $60,000 to $75,000
