Prepare meals for residents family members and guests following dietitian designed and approved menus in a manner that optimizes nutrition and enhances the dining experience.
- Supervise and schedule cooks and dietary aides. Work shifts within the budgetary structure of the department.
- Routinely interact with residents to determine and enhance their satisfaction with the meal program.
