    About the role:

    The Client Success Manager demonstrates deep business, industry, and knowledge to partner with clients and guides them to accelerate business value and return from their investment with their investment in FIS solutions. In this role, the Client Success Manager is responsible for relationship management across the FIS banking solutions portfolio and ensuring client value realization.

    They are aligned at the various stakeholder levels, building and encouraging positive relationships to help clients progress on their journey with FIS. Client Success Managers will work directly with clients that can vary in their market segment, size, solution complexity, and life cycle, depending on the client's needs.

    What you will be doing?

    • Use our client success ecosystem to understand the client's goals, assess their capabilities, and provide recommendations to help the client accelerate the achievement of their business and technology objectives.
    • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship.
    • Develop an understanding and knowledge of clients' FIS (products/services) and communicate the capabilities of FIS to clients.
    • Be a single point of contact to build and cultivate executive-level relationships with the client.
    • Partner with the FIS ecosystem to help clients work toward their goals.
    • When appropriate, identify and recommend additional FIS solutions needed to drive success; partner with Sales to drive additional client value.
    • Effectively networks within FIS to identify and source resources to help address client issues.
    • Produce and implement comprehensive Client Success Plans showing the current state, target future state with timeline, and underlying execution plans.
    • Proactively identify risks to the client achieving their stated business goals and build a risk mitigation plan.

    What you will need:

    • Client Services/ Account Management recent experience in the FINTECH and/or banking industry
    • Recent experience leading a team of Client Services professionals.
    • Able to communicate clearly and able to articulate ideas to the team and the client alike.
    • Understand technology to communicate with FIS team members/ departments and clients.
    • Well organized, planning and creating ideas to improve processes and client experiences.
    • Good follow through and able to identify problem areas and take charge to correct them in an efficient and cost effective manner.

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $71, $117,060.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
