- Coordinates the daily activities of designated area, including scheduling, staffing and coordinating workflow using independent judgment and following departmental procedures to ensure overall operations are maintained according to standard
- Participates in the performance improvement process by assisting management in the monitoring of staff performance

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading Patient Access staff involved in the billing and follow-up of clinic patients.
The role provides leadership to the patient access team, including completion of patient medical insurance eligibility, processing benefits, and referral authorizations for patients.
