    Overview:

    Title: Talent Development Manager

    Location: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid)

    The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, systems management, training, and organizational development, with a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

    Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement talent development strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
    • Coordinate and oversee leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of succession planning and future leaders within the organization.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage external resources for talent development.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate these into the organization's talent development strategy.
    • Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to encourage career growth and professional development.
    • Manage HRIS, ATS and LMS systems.
    • Project Manage system implementations.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
    • 8 - 10 years of broad HR experience
    • 3+ years of experience supporting an organizational change management effort and operationalizing talent strategies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
