    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We are seeking an experienced, creative, and hands-on Senior Brand Director with a rich background in the 3-tier system and comprehensive experience in brand management. This role calls for an effective P&L manager capable of developing and executing innovative brand strategies to fuel high-momentum brands and rejuvenate iconic legacy brands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, creative aptitude, analytical prowess, and a results-driven approach to consistently achieve financial targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, implementing best-in-class processes and fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and fun.
    • Innovation and Engagement: Encourage groundbreaking ideas and novel branding approaches to turn around and/or maintain the brand's relevance and appeal.
    • Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop comprehensive brand strategies, leveraging consumer insights and market trends to create breakthrough plans - including everything from development to implementation of strategies.
    • Brand Plan Execution: Align marketing initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring consistent brand growth and profitability.
    • Creative Direction: Oversee the creative process, ensuring marketing materials are innovative, compelling, and aligned with brand identity.
    • Effective Communication: Craft compelling brand stories for diverse internal and external stakeholders, tailoring messages to each audience.
    • Financial and Activity Oversight: Manage budgeting and execution of marketing activities, ensuring optimal resource use.
    • Cross-functional Team Management: Lead integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and drive in-market results.
    • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics to refine marketing strategies, fostering brand growth and consumer loyalty.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 7+ years in strategic brand planning and consumer insights, including 2+ years of experience leading teams.
    • 5+ years managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
    • Must have extensive experience with briefing and running agencies to complete PR, media planning, marketing research and buying, content creation,
    • Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proficiency in project management.
