    $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potentialCASH POSTING SPECIALISTJOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a Cash Posting Specialist who is seeking their next exciting opportunity in a complex and ever-evolving work environment In this role, you will utilize your exceptional teamwork, customer service and organizational skills while you partner with the Medical Billing staff to maintain all account receivables of cash/private pay payments, complete electronic and manual posting, and post cash.

    RESPONS IBILITIESComplete electronic and manual posting to billing system (processing Visa/Checks/Cash) and work through accounts receivable reports to maintain outstanding payments.

    Work accounts receivable reports to maintain outstanding payments.
    Assist billing staff with monthly billing statements.
    Performs private pay posting to accounts.
    Maintain accurate and complete records concerning billing activity.
    Track and request payments when needed.
    Maintain accounts receivable files.
    Communicate problems and concerns with supervisor/manager, that may lead to inaccurate or untimely completion of accounts receivable processing.

    Follow up on patient payments including denials (resulting in patient payments).Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.

    Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers.

    Always market the company in a positive and professional manner, performing all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.

    Flexible attitude and willingness to take on extra tasks as necessary.
    Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSHigh degree of integrity.
    High school diploma or equivalent required.
    One (1) year clerical/office experience.
    Typing and 10-key skills.
    Familiarity with the rules and regulations regarding the type of coverage being billed.
    Excellent communication and customer relations skills required.
    Brightree knowledge is preferred, but not required.
    Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    Excellent time management skills.
    Must be detail oriented.
    Ability to cater to diverse customer base.
    Knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility.
    Must be eligible to work in the United States.
    SCHEDULEThis is a full-time position that will require a 40-hour work week.


    Hours:
    Generally, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
    Overtime as needed.
    Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory response from a Background Screening.
