    Reliability Engineering Manager


    We are seeking a highly qualified Reliability Engineering Manager or a Reliability Engineer ready to make the jump to Manager to join our dynamic team at a multi billion-dollar global appliance OEM located in Tennessee.

    As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our appliance products.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Managing several engineering technicians to ensure the highest standards of product reliability and performance.
    Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies and methodologies to optimize product performance and minimize failures.
    Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and product management to drive continuous improvement in product reliability.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) required; advanced degree preferred.
    Managerial experience or leading projects where your team reported to you.
    Proven track record of leading successful reliability engineering initiatives, including failure analysis and problem-solving experience.
    Strong technical expertise in reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
    Willingness to relocate to Tennessee and eligibility to work in the United States.
