- Experience in property management, real estate, or mortgage industry
- 3-5 years of experience creating sales training curriculum from start to finish
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite
- The ability to confidently speak with, present to, and influence a variety of company team members, leadership, and non-leadership, both online and in person.
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
- Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to motivate others empathetically and energetically.
- Must hold the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Must have the desire to be a servant leader and the ability to build upon strong, existing leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Understands and contributes to the success of established sales goals.
- Works with Regional Sales Managers and the VP of National Sales to onboard new sales consultants.
- Provides training assistance to operational management onboarding as it relates to sales.
- Collaborates with the Transaction team to best serve associates in the field.
- Coaches and develops sellers based upon company sales processes.
- Trains sellers in the administrative sales processes and ensures guideline adherence.
- Ensures that all sales training falls within the requirements of the Fair Housing Act.
- Works with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Managers to identify areas of opportunity and collaborates on solutions.
- Monitors the sales pipeline to identify any deficiencies and celebrate all successes.
- Monitors and gives guidance on Lead Generation and follows-up with proper team(s).
- Trains on the proper marketing techniques to achieve the highest level of branding possible.
- Reviews secret shopper reports to uncover any gaps that can be addressed through training.
- Conducts training classes both online and in person and assists in the development and implementation of additional training materials as needed.
- Assumes and performs other duties that may be assigned as necessary.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO with 50% travel across 30 states in the U.S.
Do you want to work for a company that is growing nationally? Do you want to be a part of developing their sales team and training programs from the ground up? This exciting Corporate Sales Trainer role will be responsible for creating and delivering sales training programs to the National Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Sales Assistants, Managers, and Assistant Managers within a defined geographic area to meet or exceed company set goals related to sales and occupancy. By completing the set duties and responsibilities of this position, this jobholder also supports their direct Regional Sales Manager and the company's Director of National Sales.
This is a full-time, onsite position paying $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
