SiloSmashers is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative assistant to support our federal law enforcement client.
The Administrative Support performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties that are necessary to run an organization efficiently.
Write articles, reports, brochures and/or manuals for documentation. Create presentations using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Review correspondence for internal consistency. Maintain and update calendar of management within assigned Units or Sections using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Coordinate meetings and special events. Schedule accommodations for meetings,
record lunch requests on behalf of outside guests notify attendees coordinate Video Teleconference - Conference requirements handle any other special requirements for meetings/conferences/projects reserve parking spaces directional signs registration desk name plates table tents etc Obtain read ahead material deliver attend distribute prepare travel requests arrange lodging arrangements schedule visits maintain conference room reservation schedules coordinate meetings visits appointments enter data maintain office databases such as organizational charts personnel accountability travel training budget serve records manager maintain office files collect review archive forms leave requests employee work schedules telework applications enter data into timekeeping system branch chief review coordinate organize electronic materials presentations documents using databases servers SharePoint sites prepare property turn ins gather organize delivered completed document packages personnel actions civilians contractors students guest researchers respond administrative queries taskers deadline accurate records final disposition inform respective action officer results receive screen visitors phone calls professionally answer office manager telephone line take messages refer calls visitors appropriate staff operate shared office equipment copy machine scanners facsimile machine computers printers shredders submit repair requests follow standard operating procedures SOP Internal Operating Procedures IOPs provided Government Furnished Information GFI contract award related functions personnel accountability security safety participate Integrated Product Teams IPTs groups developing changes improvements administrative processes procedures.
