    Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Behavioral Health Clinical Director to join our Behavioral Health Outpatient Services team

    Job Summary:

    The Behavioral Health Clinical Director is part of the Behavioral Health (BH) Leadership Team which consists of the Executive Director of Behavioral Health, the Medical Director of Behavioral Health, the BH Nurse Managers, and the BH Program Managers.

    Under general direction of the Executive Director and in conjunction with the Medical Director, the Clinical Director is responsible for the programmatic direction of the Bartlett Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine System of Care for all clinical therapeutic services delivered at Bartlett Regional Hospital and in the community, including but not limited to, the Mental Health Unit (MHU), Rainforest Recovery Center Residential (RRC), Bartlett Outpatient Psychiatric Services (BOPS), the Emergency Department (ED), Crisis Services, and the Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine consultation service.


    Minimum Qualifications for the Job:

    Education:
    Masters Degree in Social Work.

    Experience:
    Three (3) years of program management experience in a behavioral health field. This experience must have included monitoring and supervision of staff, and program and policy development. Experience with substance use/addictions is preferred.
    License(s): Current State of Alaska Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

    Note:
    License must be active and approved for billing to third party vendors.

    Certification (s): Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certificationwithin 90 days of hire.

    Completion and certification by Bartletts approved Behavioral Health Physical Intervention and Verbal De-escalation training program within 90 days of hire.


    Internal Hires:
    Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
