A multi-disciplinary, award-winning MEP Engineering client of ours is currently hiring for highly creative Senior-Level Electrical Engineer/Department Head to join their growing team.

This firm works on large-scale, challenging projects including Healthcare Facilities, Airports, Research Laboratories, Petrochemical Labs, Higher Education, Government, Municipal, K-12 and Commissioning Projects.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will work with an experienced group of designers to prepare building electrical plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

Detailed design, modeling and analysis of normal and emergency power distribution systems.
Design life safety systems
Design and model lighting and associated control systems
Coordinate with the Plumbing, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, and Telecommunication/Audio Visual discipline's design
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
Act as leader in the department and will supervise staff's day-to-day responsibilities.
Mentor staff in both technical knowledge and career development.

Lead projects in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence and managing the project team and schedule to achieve successful project outcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university;
PE License is a MUST
10+ years of experience;
Demonstrated success in managing projects
