Looking for a Pre-K Lead teacher for a progressive preschool in the Santa Monica area. We are only interested in candidates who have a passion for the field and meet all the requirements listed. We want to know your professional goals and help create the path that will allow you to achieve them, to grow beyond them, and even more so, we want to know your personal goals. Ultimately, a happy you make for a happy kid, a happy parent, and a happy place.
All applicants must have a clear understanding of an emergent curriculum as well as the ability to implement Kindergarten Readiness. Teachers must have experience working with children ages 4 years to prior entry to Kindergarten or 1st grade, and the ability to meet all children's needs. Must enjoy working in a team setting as well as the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time. Punctual and dependable.
Requirements:
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour; based on education and experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday; Flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits, sick days, & paid holidays. 401k option after 12 months of employment.
