Summary: The Food Runner is responsible for friendly and professional service through delivering quality food to guests, communication with servers, and exceeding each service point throughout the entire encounter.

Greeting guests in a warm and professional manner

Responsibilities

Greeting guests in a warm and professional manner

Understand and comply with uniform standards

Knowledgeable of both food and beverage menu

Communicating 86d items, specials and upsell items

Expediting and delivering food and beverage items to guests

Completing side work duties and cleaning tasks

Any other task assigned by management
