    Overview:

    Job Opening: Assistant Front Office Manager

    A great opportunity to assist in managing front office operations, supervising staff, and upholding guest service and sustainability standards.

    Potential Career Path:

    Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Assistant General Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interview, train, and support staff
    • Oversee front office operations
    • Monitor guest satisfaction and financial operations
    • Manage department budgets and forecasts
    • Ensure inventory and supplies are maintained
    • Collaborate with Sales office for group stays
    • Follow sustainability guidelines
    • Ensure safe work practices
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
    • 1 to 3 years of hospitality experience

    Work Environment:

    • Varied work schedule
    • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, etc.
