    We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to client emails, providing support to the Rise25 team, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer and filter emails, support the Rise25 team, and maintain attention to detail.
    • Manage incoming support tickets from clients and send timely email updates.
    • Coordinate appointments with clients and prospects via Google Calendar.
    • Organize documents in Google Drive and create Google spreadsheets.
    • Attend regular check-ins and meetings with the team.
    • Assist the episode production team as needed.
