Job summary
Serve your community when it needs it the most Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire water damage or other large-scale emergency events Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs Proactively searches for acts upon potential opportunitiesAn ERC works with owners adjusters Project Managers First Responders Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm.
