    This role offers both hybrid and remote work options, meaning you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or this role can be performed remotely in most locations in the United States.

    This role will be part of the People Analytics team within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) at LinkedIn. People Analytics analyzes current and prospective employee data to enable agility through better, faster talent decisions. This is a full-time role.


    What You'll Do:
    Lead Solution Designers in architecting and developing easily consumable, accessible, and insights-driven visualizations to end-users.
    Coach Solution Designers in analysis, visualization, and development best practices ensuring a best-in-class suite of content.

    Proactively determine opportunities for team growth, helping remove roadblocks and empowering members of the team to perform with high scale craftsmanship.

    Proactively determine need for new enhancements and partner with appropriate teams to drive delivery of solutions.
    Drive design and delivery of a new self-service solution with a scalability-first mindset to the Talent organization and beyond.
    Mastery in state-of-the-art MSFT capabilities and lead the team in new opportunities with new innovations.
    Champion business transformation through technology and will lead CoPilot research and its aid in self-service. Additionally, this person will help with self-service strategy design and how technology aligns to different personas.

    Laser-focused on usability, scalability and speed, establishing baseline expectations and subsequently partnering with Data Architect team to ensure individual proficiency at expected level.


    QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
    5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics5+ years SQL experience5+ years of experience with a BI or visualization tool (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)

    BA/BS degree or equivalent degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fieldsPreferred Qualifications:

    Successfully implemented a self-service model using Microsoft stack (Hybrid and / or full cloud) for a large companyExperience with Microsoft stack beyond PowerBI (e.g.

    Analysis Services)

    Experience with MDX or DAX coding to query against tabular and multidimensional modelsPrior experience works closely with or having implemented a semantic layerSuggested Skills:
    Critical ThinkingAnalyticsProject ManagementStrategic planningThe pay range for this role is $107,000 to $178,000.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

    This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
