    Description

    Job Title

    A Human Resources Manager is required to plan, direct, develop and coordinate the policies and activities for Sun Hospitality.

    The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Human Resources and a strong understanding of employment law.

    We offer a competitive salary of $52,500.00 per year, along with a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and PTO.

    The HR Manager will be responsible for:

    • Developing and administering programs, policies and guidelines to align the workforce with the company's strategic goals
    • Managing performance management, training programs and employee relations
    • Recruiting, staffing, training and retaining employees
    • Maintaining the employee database and preparing reports as required
