- We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Truss Designer to join our well-established team
- The Truss Designer will be responsible for creating complete and accurate Truss Placement Plans and Truss Design Drawings for custom commercial and residential building projects.
- As the Truss Designer, you will also work closely with other Truss Designers, as well as, communicating and discussing changes or design issues with architects, engineers, and clients in the construction industry.
- Exercise complete attention to detail to create complete and accurate Truss Placement Plans and Truss Design Drawings ( TDD
- Design roof trusses, floor trusses, and pre-engineered wood products with design software, CAD, and other supporting component design software.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Truss Design and Draft experience in the Construction and Building Materials industries.
- Highly proficient in MiTek or Alpine software
- Industry knowledge and experience in Construction and Building Materials
