    Description
    Physical Therapy Services is looking for a committed Physical Therapist to act as the patient's partner in their journey of healing by reducing pain, restoring motion, and improving quality of life. Our need is to find a candidate that is excited about working in an outpatient orthopedic and/or oncology setting. Job Functions:
    • Evaluates assigned patient & establish treatment plan and goals;
    • Completes patient treatment according to the plan of care and modifies plan to meet patient needs, and updates the plan as appropriate;
    • Completes documentation accurately, timely, according to regulatory and state licensure requirements;
    • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure smooth continuity of care;
    • Mentors and provides oversight to new PTs, PTAs, and/or PT Aides;
    • Participates in staff meetings, patient care meetings, and educational in-services.
    Education:
    • Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education is required.
    Experience and/or Training:
    • Specific experience in an outpatient setting with either orthopedic or oncology background.
    License / Certification:
    • Current Oregon Physical Therapist license from the State Physical Therapy Licensing Board is required;
    • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

    Physical Therapy Services – Orthopedic and Cancer Physical Therapy (PTOCS), a well-established independent outpatient physical therapy practice since 1972 located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, is looking for two full-time Physical Therapists to assist our busy practice. PTOCS is searching for PTs to service our community for both orthopedic and oncology physical therapy demands.Please know that with exception of the definite licensure by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy, the skillset and qualities PTOCS are looking for are preferred but new PT graduates and/or eligible licensure candidates are always welcome.
