- NYS pharmacy technician license and National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification plus 6 months of pharmacy technician experience, and NYS pharmacy technician license within 6 months. *Candidates who are not licensed will be on a temporary appointment until license is received.
- Associates Degree OR NYS licensed/registered LPN OR 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (or successful completion of a military or other accredited pharmacy technician training program). Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, this position will prepare sterile and non-sterile medications with the focus on sterile medications including non-hazardous and hazardous medications.
