    Overview

    Job Purpose

    The Solution Architect creates the overall ICE solution vision for solving our customers business problem and pain points. They provide experience and leadership to the customer and project teams prior to and during the project lifecycle. They ensure that the delivery team is aligned to the solution vision, best practices, customer objectives goals and that business value is achieved.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide oversight, continuity and expert guidance to customers on overall ICE solutions
    • Provide business and technical thought leadership to other ICE team members throughout the project lifecycle
    • Provide design blueprint and performance analysis on overall solutions
    • Review, validate and align on solution design with other team members
    • Communicate best practices and benefits of the solution to customers (C-Suite etc.) and other stakeholders
    • Conduct ongoing project reviews to ensure recommended solution is on target
    • Potentially have tough conversations with clients to get them to do what's right versus what clients might want
    • Document and share best practice knowledge for new solutions
    • Establish oneself as a trusted advisor
    • Knowledgeable with Encompass (or other LOS), industry standard mortgage workflows and operational processes is highly desired

    Knowledge and Experience

    • 15+ years of experience in Business Consulting and Mortgage Industry
    • Must have excellent communication and writing skills
    • Excellent at understanding the problem before solving
    • Must be organized and able to work in a cross team collaboration model

    Schedule

    This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
