    Description

    This is a position that allows you to work remotely. We are looking for a Vacation Planner to join our team. As a Vacation Planner, your main responsibilities include coordinating vacation details, considering all client requests, researching the best vacation packages, providing quotes to clients, confirming agreed prices, and managing payment information.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collecting all necessary client information
    • Ensuring client information remains confidential by following security procedures
    • Processing deposits and payments
    • Verifying spelling of names and addresses
    • Ensuring credit card authorization forms are signed and returned promptly
    • Maintaining updated client contact information
    • Participating in company and vendor training sessions

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must be a resident of the United States
    • Must have access to a smart phone and/or computer with reliable internet
    • Must be open to learning and adaptable
    • Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
    • Must possess strong communication skills
    • Must have a positive attitude
