- Team Leadership: Providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability among teams.
- Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
- Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
- Minimum age of 21 and a valid Driver's License.
- Must obtain/maintain a Terminal Handler's License.
