    As a Customer Service Associate at Performance Optimal Health, you will be an integral part of our Client Success Team.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience throughout their health and wellness journey.

    We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
    • Assist clients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and billing matters
    • Must have experience in insurance verification
    • Provide accurate information regarding our services, programs, and pricing
    • Coordinate with our healthcare professionals to ensure smooth client flow and exceptional service
    • Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution
    • Maintain records of client interactions, appointments, and payments
    • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuous learning opportunities to provide the best possible service
    • Work closely with our Client Success Team
    Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
    • Passion for health and wellness is a plus
