- Conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results for students.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Providing counseling and support services to students, families, and staff.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to enhance student success.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, adjusting interventions when needed.
- Fostering a safe and encouraging school environment.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Oklahoma state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and methodologies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Preferably, experience working in a school setting.
