    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves hands-on training programs, content creation and management, and support for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative and analytical skills, adept at managing complex projects and communications across multiple platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct hands-on training for professional customers and sales team members to ensure proficient use of our systems and programs.
    • Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
    • Support professional email communications to maintain and enhance client relations.
    • Assist in the operations and communications of monthly marketing campaigns to ensure their success.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign efforts and ensure seamless execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency account management, copywriting, marketing project management, or digital marketing.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Pro) and Outlook/Teams.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Professional demeanor in phone and email communications.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage a heavy workload in a high-pressure environment.
    • Willingness to work overtime or extended hours as needed.
    • Analytical skills to assess data and provide insightful feedback.
    • Flexible and diplomatic with strong persuasion skills.
