Job summary
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to support client-facing engagements.This role focuses on assessing, designing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency scalability and overall operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include leading process discovery workshops with clients documenting current-state and future-state processes analyzing workflows to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement developing process design recommendations workflows and implementation plans working directly with clients to understand operational needs gathering business requirements documenting meeting minutes actions items decisions from client sessions supporting high-visibility meetings working sessions collaborating with consulting team members to align process recommendations with broader project goals supporting ongoing communication coordination related to process changes improvements.
What you will need includes an active maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance bachelor's degree four years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's two years of experience military consulting finance or related field what would be nice have experience business process design improvement consulting strong facilitation skills written verbal communication skills proficiency in tools
