- Identify potential applications for Metal Powders in the North American market
- Conduct customer education presentations and technical discussions
- Utilize SalesForce platform to log sales promotion activities and manage RFQ/Quote pipeline
- Execute marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and phone calls
- Generate monthly reports on prospecting activities and sales promotion visits
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth production introduction
- Develop and implement sales promotion plans including participation in trade shows and targeted advertisements
- Provide after-sales support to existing customers and maintain high levels of customer confidence
- Coordinate with quality and engineering teams to resolve quality and delivery issues
- Assist in resolving design change requests and accounts receivable delinquency
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 4-8 years of industrial experience
- Aptitude for sales and strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of metal powder applications, additive manufacturing, and metallurgy
