This function is responsible for North American master data domains (Customer, Material, Product, Vendor) and applicable functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants. The role is responsible for the front office activities in the create, extend, change, and deactivate processes for the designated scope. The role should ensure compliance of back office with the policies and procedures for each master data domain. It is a single point of escalation and clarification from back office to the front. The role is also the business partner link for any Governance and sustainability topic, linked with the business.
