Job summary
The part time Group Leader position is responsible for assisting the Sr. Group Leader in the daily operations of the program at Seaton Elementary School (K - PreK-3, and PreK4). They are responsible for aiding in the planning, development and implementation of all the before and after school activities under the guidelines of the YMCA Power Scholars Pre-School curriculum.The Group Leader assists in oversight of all program activities communicating with families ensuring all equipment supplies available.
Some exciting things you will do as a Group Leader include but not limited to:
- Assist program accordance goals policies YMCA School Age Curriculum i.e Creative curriculum
- Aid establishing structure routines children setting boundaries behavior guidelines
