The Avenues is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to work alongside the Local Manager in leading, developing and motivating the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.As Assistant Local Manager you will promote a positive collaborative environment maintain our core values and policies assist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion inventories equipment setup testing staff scheduling training learning proper opening closing procedures take photos provide guests with memorable souvenirs address resolve customer concerns service failures appropriately lead by example reinforce policies procedures established senior management troubleshoot technical issues escalate IT or Local Management when needed assist Local Manager administrative tasks inventory scheduling training recruiting all other duties assigned what we re looking for positive attitude strong work ethic team player who can work independently understands importance leadership excellent time management problem solving skills ability use good judgment make strong independent decisions process sales transactions comfortable cash handling available attend mandatory pre season training flexibility willingness work during peak retail hours evenings weekends holidays available work minimum 20 hours week as needed knowledge experience skill at least 18 years age previous retail assistant manager photography experience preferred ability lift carry equipment up to pounds stand prolonged periods time ability stand walk perform easy guided choreographed movement independently what else expect fun fast paced passionate environment career advancement opportunities flexible schedule referral program one free photo package friends family per staff member used weeks close each season we work together win together our mission simple bring magic every experience capturing moments last lifetime believe building diverse team variety backgrounds experiences best way bring mission life cherry hill programs strives provide positive work environment that values excellence safety quality free discrimination harassment every employee plays part company success makes great place work people heart organization foundation success driven core values safety diversity integrity collaboration strive promote culture supports encourages creativity fairness inclusion
