- Provide administrative support to Vice President, Head of Corpo*** Events.
- Maintain Corpo*** Events Administrative Procedures Manual.
- Serve as business contingency coordinator and records manager for Corpo*** Events.
- Serve as office manager - procure supplies and equipment.
- Process event agreements through Docusign for signature.
- Support operations and planning teams in resolving event management issues pertaining to attendees, such as assisting with help desk correspondence, registration updates, and other communications.
- Assist with collecting event registration information for EMC, Senior Leadership, VIPs and others.
- Manage intake process for new business requests, helping to complete questionnaire and setting up kickoff planning meetings with all parties.
- Assist with creating name badges, escort cards and place cards for small dinners/events.
- Maintain local restaurant guide and as directed source, recommend and book local restaurants for small events and dinners.
- Invoice reconciliation and payment using Procurement Card (P-Card).
- Maintain log for all payments being made.
- Participate in CE Sustainability Task Force.
- Understand event and department processes
- Participate with team to offer solutions/suggestions to improve processes
