- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, networks, and servers
- Support troubleshooting issues, implement solutions, and support internal stakeholders with their technical needs with extreme detail orientation
- Manage and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal team members, resolve helpdesk tickets, and address user needs
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Execute regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades
- Support basic cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Execute Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration
- Perform troubleshooting with mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Preferred)
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) - (Great to Have)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency with Office 365 / Teams/ remote desktop applications and help desk software, systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Experience with specific software applications or operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
