    Our client is a wholesale purveyor of high-quality consumer goods that has been committed to ethical sustainability for over 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area.

    We seek a motivated and results-driven IT Administrator with solid knowledge in troubleshooting system hardware, networks, and software, with experience in both PC and MAC OS environments.

    The ideal candidate is motivated & results-driven, capable of efficiently responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and resolving technical issues.

    Reporting to the IT Manager, this role offers opportunities for growth within a great collaborative team

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, networks, and servers
    • Support troubleshooting issues, implement solutions, and support internal stakeholders with their technical needs with extreme detail orientation
    • Manage and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
    • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
    • Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
    • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
    • Provide technical support and assistance to internal team members, resolve helpdesk tickets, and address user needs
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
    • Execute regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades
    • Support basic cybersecurity principles and practices.
    • Execute Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration
    • Perform troubleshooting with mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Preferred)
    • Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) - (Great to Have)
    • Minimum 5+ years of progressive proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
    • Proficiency with Office 365 / Teams/ remote desktop applications and help desk software, systems, networks, and peripherals.
    • Experience with specific software applications or operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
    • Highly Collaborative, supportive, with strong customer service
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
