    Description
    **This is an onsite position in Fort Myers. The salary range for this position is $65, $90, New employees are hired at or near the entry point shown depending on qualifications and relevant experience. **

    Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. Work is performed independently under supervision with considerable latitude.

    Main Responsibilities
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
    • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
    • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
    • Use and continually develop leadership skills
    • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
    • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
    • Performs other duties as directed.
    Requirements

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of Project Management experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience as determined by ITS Management. Previous experience managing and leading concurrent projects within a matrixed environment required.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must have analytical skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications and project management software. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines. Proven working experience in project management.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Strong commitment to operational excellence, passion for collaboration, and the ability to navigate stakeholder relationships objectively.
    • ITIL foundation certification and prefer PMI-ACP or similar certification.
    • PMI (PMP) required or must be completed within 12 months of hire.
    • Experience in business analytics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business process mapping.
    • May require after hours, weekend or emergency (natural disaster, major incident, etc.) support.
    FLSA Status Description

    Work is performed independently under limited supervision with considerable latitude. Position typically requires processing and interpreting complex, less clearly defined issues.

    Work Conditions

    Physical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and material of light to moderate weight (5-50 lbs). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.

    Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals, and to communicate orally and in writing.

    Environmental Factors: Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
