Role: LMS Tech Lead
Location: Dallas, TX/ Los Angeles, CA / Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 + Months W2 Contract
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Administration:
○ Manage and administer the overall LMS, including user accounts, roles, permissions, system configurations, and content assignments.
○ Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with the latest software updates and patches.
○ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
2. Content Management:
○ Oversee the creation, uploading, and organization of learning content within the LMS.
○ Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content quality.
○ Implement content version control and archiving processes.
3. User Support:
○ Provide user support for learners and instructors on LMS functionality.
○ Conduct training sessions or create resources to educate users on how to use the LMS effectively.
○ Respond to user inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
4. Integration and Data Management:
○ Coordinate integration with other corporate systems, such as HR software.
○ Manage data within the LMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
○ Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
○ Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve learning outcomes.
6. Compliance and Security:
○ Ensure the LMS complies with industry regulations and corporate policies.
○ Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive training data.
7. Customization and Configuration:
○ Customize the LMS interface to align with the corporate brand and user experience requirements.
○ Configure settings to optimize the LMS for the organization's specific needs.
8. Continuous Improvement:
○ Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning.
○ Propose and implement enhancements to the LMS to improve functionality and user experience.
