Job DescriptionFederation Housing, a not- for- profit property management and real estate development company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Property Manager's position for a 60 unit LIHTC senior apartment building in Trevose, PA.
The ideal candidate will have property management and affordable housing experience. Will ensure regulatory compliance and the efficient daily operations of the property.
Qualifications:
Must have COS, CPO or AHM certification or equivalent.
Fair Housing Certification desired and is required within first year of employment.
One to two (1-2) years experience working in a LIHTC or Section 8 property.
Experience with OneSite and MS Office.
Must be organized, detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well to the elderly.
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with abilities and experience. Benefits include employer paid healthcare, 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements:
Must have at least 1-2 year of property management experience.
Knowledge of Tax Credit is required.
Must be computer literate.
Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test is required.
