- Perform non-destructive tests and evaluations on various construction materials and structures.
- Use advanced technology and equipment to detect defects, flaws, or irregularities.
- Work closely with our experienced engineering team to accurately interpret and report findings.
- Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and conduct testing assignments, maintain testing equipment, and prepare reports.
- Engage in fieldwork, including safely climbing steel structures such as buildings, cell phone towers, and water tanks, up to heights exceeding 200 feet.
- A High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years metals testing experience or an associate degree
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
- Achieved ASNT Level II certification per ASNT-SNT-TC-1A in at least one method
- Safety, DDC, NDT, and Radiation Training
- Experience in the use of fall protection equipment and personal fall arrest systems
- ICC certification in Building Inspections and/or Structural Steel Inspection
- Level II for UT certification
- Level II for PT, MT certifications
- Ability to climb heights in excess of 200 feet
- Working outdoors the majority of the time in varying weather conditions
- Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs, (field/laboratory samples and equipment)
- Traveling out-of-town (typically overnight) for assignments as necessary
- Working outside of normal business hours when necessary

Your Day-to-Day:
As an NDT/NDE Inspector with your CWI, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our most complex construction projects. The role is ideal for experienced inspectors ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
