Description

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to Primary:

Picking cases from distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping location

Make sure all pallets are labeled correctly

Document your pallets that you made and count them

Charge all forklifts, pallet jacks and maintain your signed equipment

Load trucks based on delivery location

Manage all merchandise with appropriate care

Assist with training of newly hired employees

Clean your assigned place

Secondary: If there is no one to do it and all below tasks must be finished that day.

Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or returns (notate damages in cases)

Keeping inventory stocked for picking (all plastic wrap removed and thrown in trash)

Dump all trash at end of day

Remove all white wood or extra blue pallets

Identify any missing, damaged, lost or misplaced materials and immediately notify your supervisor and the office

Repack Damages as soon as they are identified.
