Supplier Manufacturing Specialist - Aerospace

12-month contract with opportunities for extension

~ Candidates must possess organizational skills and be able to train in and utilize multiple systems and programs, including Outlook, Excel, Access, gPLM, and SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
Initiate BCCM project workflow.
Enter RFAs into RFA database.
These include request for ZSP clarification and missing data from c-folders.

Document the necessary information on an RFA ELR template form that will be used for input into the ELR system.

Material Substitutions
Verify PL material is not available by checking with raw material procurement.
Obtain raw material coordination form for AL & Ti plate, sheet, bar, and any shape material.
Document necessary information on material substitution form to engineering
All items will have timing logs to track and have a full-time study completed at the end 6 months

Monitors quality, compliance and regulatory aspects between company and third party manufacturers including relationship management, technical issues, schedule conflicts, quality issues, vendor selection and evaluation.

Provides contractors with the proper information to ensure that contractors meet quality standards.

Acts as liaison between company and contractors to ensure all products are manufactured following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and quality products are released and available to meet customer needs.

Identifies potential new contractors.
