Description

Main responsibilities include coordinating a vast range of attorney development and staffing activities for given practice areas in the New York Office, or multiple offices, in necessary.

This job function includes partnering with the Diversity & Inclusion Team to ensure a diverse talent pipeline, aiding practice group leaders in developing the firms attorneys to their highest potential, and participating in workforce planning for attorney development needs.
