Our client, a mid-size General Contractor based in Natick is actively looking for a Lead Superintendent to join their team on a $100M Academic project.

Specializing in large-scale public projects, throughout the Boston area. First project will be a $100M School in Norwood.

• Description

Commuting to Norwood (first project)
Leading Large Public projects start through completion
Making educated decisions related to the performance of all work-related activities
Establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
Identifying and resolving local problems on-site
Field leadership
Evaluating/understanding specific scopes of work & monitoring performance
Strong project completion
10+ years of field experience as a Super with a Commercial GC
~ Public Academic project experience is a plus
~ Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
~ BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred)
